About the Role

We’re looking for a mid-level Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building real-world, production-grade applications—not just features, but scalable systems. You’ll work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact software for US-based clients across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise platforms.

This is a hands-on role offering real ownership, responsibility, and strong growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Design, develop, and consume REST APIs and backend services
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Collaborate on system design, architecture decisions, and performance optimization
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Work directly with US clients and internal product teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong experience with Node.js and React
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend patterns (React hooks, state management)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or serverless architectures
• Prior startup or consulting experience
