Location: United States (Remote)
Experience: 3–7 years (AI experience can be recent but must be hands-on)
Type: Full-time / Contract
About the Role
We’re building next-generation, agent-driven systems—not chatbots, but AI that actually does work. As an Agentic AI Developer, you’ll design and build intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and act across software systems.
You’ll work at the intersection of LLMs, backend engineering, and automation to deliver real, measurable business value—not demos or prototypes.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement agentic workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build AI agents that integrate with APIs, databases, and internal tools
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and memory systems
- Work with frameworks and tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
- Optimize prompts, reasoning chains, and execution flows
- Collaborate with full-stack engineers to embed AI into production systems
- Focus on reliability, safety, and real-world usability
What We’re Looking For
- Strong backend engineering skills (Node.js or Python)
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered features or agent-based systems
- Solid understanding of LLM behavior, limitations, and evaluation
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)
- Ability to think in systems, not just prompts
- Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment and iterate
Nice to Have
- Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments
- Background in distributed systems or automation
- Exposure to multi-agent architectures
